About Me
I have more than 5 successful years of experience in the BPO industry, working with American and Australian clients as a Customer Service, Collections, Sales, and Technical Support Representative, in some of the well-known call center companies here in the Philippines. First, as a Customer Service and Collections Representative, one of my responsibilities was to make sure I give a proper and accurate response to our customer’s inquiries. This helped me enhance my skills in dealing with different types of customers and handling different situations. Second, as a Technical Support Representative, my job was to ensure full resolution to our costumer’s technical problem/s with our service and assure they get the best experience out of our products. Lastly, as a Sales Representative, my responsibility is to make sure I provide the numbers that our client/company needs while assuring that our customers get the best out of their money. These different lines of businesses helped me grow as a better individual and with my career development. Throughout this experience, it further developed my English communication skills, was able to adapt to shifting schedules, familiarize with different cultures and work with less supervision.
