About Me
I have been working freelance for 3 years now, either providing customer support or administrative support for online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Sears, Newegg, etc and recently attending to the role as Purchasing Manager / Product and Price Analyst. In Purchasing, I am experienced in undertaking the following tasks: 1. Data entry and data analysis 2. Coordinate with Admin and provide data analysis on profitability prior to acquisition of products 3. Record all order details and coordinate with the warehouse personnel on when to anticipate delivery of shipments. 4. Monitoring defective returns and submitting reimbursement requests 5. Reporting to Admin if all invoiced shipments have been received prior to settling payments (Net30) to suppliers and submitting payment disputes (if any) I am also skilled in providing Customer Service and Admin Support. Tasks that includes… 1. Immediate attention to all CS concern, Warranty, return, refund, etc. 3. E-commerce Account Management - Attending to the Company's online marketplace dashboard, seller performance & metrics, inventory update, resolution center, contacting online marketplace seller support on issues that would affect accounts performance, etc. 4. Immediate attention to all shipping concern - Filing trace, claims shipping quotes, etc. 5. Online Inventory update, etc. Aside from the above-mentioned tasks as a freelancer, I had years of experience working as a Sales Representative with USAutoparts and JCWhitney.
