I am holding a Bachelor Degree in Business Management having more than 4 years experience in Human Resources in hospitality industry in the United Arab Emirates.
During my previous assignments in Human Resources, I was managing entire HR functions. I have extensive knowledge in the recruitment process, maintaining databases and employee records, payroll processing, employee relation, preparing letters and reports handling confidential information, organizing welfare activities and leading HR and Housing Team.
Taking initiatives has always been my academic and career focus.
