About Me
I ended my high school career with a B average for 12th grade. I have a certificate in Graphic Design, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration; and recently completed my Honours BCom degree in Business Management. All of my tertiary qualifications were obtained with distinction (cum laude). I have mainly worked in the administrative field while studying. I currently work a morning job in administration and property management that includes customer support services via email and telephone for a Fax2Email company. After hours (from 1 pm) I am the business manager for a fashion PR company in New York. I am responsible for expense management, banking and monthly transactions. I also invoice the clients and make sure accounts are paid on time. Lastly, I prepare their annual financial statements to trial balance for tax. My third responsibility is admin manager for my fiance who is self-employed in the construction industry. I email clients and contractors. I invoice for services rendered. I also do his payroll that includes monthly submissions to the labour department for UIF payments. I record his transactions nd prepare his monthly statements to trial balance for tax.
