About Me
A self-motivated, customer focused individual possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. For the past 10 years, all my jobs have involved remote working. My most recent employer was Apple where I was a Sales Specialist. This was a 100% work from home position where I answered incoming sales calls. Whilst working for Apple I continually met and exceeded all sales targets. I delivered exceptional customer service through professionalism and product knowledge. I answered customers' questions over the phone and via email about Apple products, services and accessories including both software and hardware.
Other jobs involving remote working was for the company Grindr where I managed and answered a flow of 150+ user emails requesting help and advice. I also worked for Fusion People remotely where I answered incoming phone calls, took messages, typed documents and any other ad-hoc administration duties as and when required.
