About Me
- I started as a Customer Service representative for a telecommunications company based in the US. My main task is to answer inquiries and billing disputes, process payments and upsell over the phone. I had this role for almost 2 years. - As a Customer Relationship Marketing officer for a telecommunications company based in Australia, I was able to hit my target sales every month by calling existing and non-existing customer to add an additional service or upgrade their existing service. - As a tenured agent with the same company I have worked for, I am able to assist my team leader in leading the team by sending email updates about the latest products and services that are useful in converting sales. - Ability to work on my own with less supervision especially with the use of CRM systems and tools and the ability to guide my teammates with the use of this tools.
