I am a graduate of Bachelor of science in Nursing and become a Registered Nurse here in the Philippines. My first job was actually in a BPO industry. I worked as customer service representative dedicated to assist Healthcare providers. I handled medical account specifically CIGNA insurance in which i assist Doctors, Hospitals and Clinics concerns about their claims and patients coverage. I also become one of the accounts SME - Subject matter expert in which i handles escalated concerns or supervisors call. I am also one of the support of the training team where i assist new trainees during their OJT. I provide coaching regarding product knowledge and call handling. Year 2018 when i decided to pursue my profession - being a Nurse. Luckily i was given a chance to work with one of the specialized tertiary hospital in the Philippines. I became a staff nurse in a medical - surgical ward then transferred to a Kidney Transplant unit. I provide bedside care and carry out all doctors order for the patients recovery. After sometime i became a charged nurse which i stand next to our Head nurse in managing all units concerns regarding complaints, staffing, etc.. Having it all said, I can guarantee that i am a hard working person. i always strive to excel in everything i do. I can do all tasks that was given to me even if it requires physical appearance or not.
