About Me
I have been working as Virtual Assistant since February 2014. Tasks include Research, Data Entry, Appointment Setting, Email and Chat Support, Social Media (HootSuite, Latergramme, manageflitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn) and Calendar Management, CRM (Salesforce, MailChimp, Aweber, Asana, Landing Pages, ClickFunnels and AutoPilot), Invoicing (MYOB), WordPress, Picture Editing (Canva, Pic Monkey, Typorama and Pixlr Express), Video Editing (Camtasia and NCH), Zoho CRM and other Administrative tasks. I‘m an expert in Google Docs (Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Forms and Drawing). I also create, prepare and present reports for Training and Quality purposes. On top of these, I observe time management in order to not only submit tasks on time but to give myself an ample time to review and provide quality work.
Before being a Virtual Assistant, I have been in the BPO industry for more than 7 years. I've been in almost all departments of the BPO industry such as Support Operations, Training and Quality. With these said, I can confidently say that I'm an expert in ensuring excellent customer service is provided since I got the experience and skill of determining and grading quality calls and emails made by agents. After the SME stint, I became a Quality Assurance Specialist which listens to calls, read emails and then grade them and provide feedback in accordance to what the Client defines as a quality call and email.
